Correct, dispute, or request removal of your listing

Perth Legal Guide lists law practices across Perth Metropolitan. Each listing draws from public business records, and every score comes from publicly available Google reviews run through the same fixed rubric applied to all firms on this directory. Your listing appears at no cost, and payment has no effect on your score or position. This page explains how to fix incorrect details, challenge a score you believe is based on wrong data, or request that your listing be removed. See scoring method for the full scoring rubric.

Fixing factual details

We fix factual fields when you provide the correct information plus verification. That means your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or service list. We accept verification from your own website, your Google Business Profile, or other public records. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place through all future data refreshes.

Disputing a score

Your score comes directly from Google reviews and is never hand-edited. A dispute is a claim that the underlying data is wrong: the profile is attached to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to your practice when they belong elsewhere, or a summary misstates what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing from the corrected data. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a business is permanently closed, appears as a duplicate of another entry, or falls outside the scope of Perth Legal Guide. Our monthly verification cycle automatically detects closed businesses and removes them. An accurate, in-scope listing may be declined for removal, and we will tell you why plainly.

How quickly we respond

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
